-Recon Scout Infantry Specialist Leader (US Army Senior Recon Scout Observer) 2017-2021 Fort Polk, LA -Graduate Idaho State University - Criminology 2016 -My previous experience before getting back into the construction field and now solar energy field was being a resourceful Team & Squad Leader with 4 years’ experience working as an Infantryman in the US Army with proven experience and ability to manage and perform abilities on a large logistical stage with working with other members. ● Operated and maintained millions of dollars’ worth of government equipment ● Accountable for highly classified communications equipment ● Responsible for the management and execution of operations by a team to squad size element (3-7 individuals) ● Direct and lead multiple squad to company size exercises Vince Lombardi Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection we can catch excellence. My prior experience in leadership and construction will direct me in the direction of success in this Solar Industry.
